Privacy Statement
Landlord, Price-Williams Realty, Inc., their employees, and their affiliates are committed to keeping the personal information provided by applicants, residents, and guarantors private and as such adhere to the following policies:
  1. We take reasonable steps to retain information sorted both physically and electronically in a secure manner in our rental office, home office, and/or other location we deem appropriate to prevent access by unauthorized individuals.
  2. We will not share, sell, trade, rent or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties except as described below. In each case, we will require the third party to observe the intent of this Privacy Statement. We will require the information to be kept confidential and will prohibit use of the information for any purpose other than to carry out the service being provided to us. The signature(s) below also serve as Guarantor’s consent to disclose information in the appropriate unrelated third party in any one or more of the following cases:
    1. Tenant’s name, Tennant’s current, future, and permanent address, Tenant’s telephone number, and/or Tenants email address may be provided to an independent provider of Ethernet, telephone, and cable television service to the Premises, to assist in soliciting said services to Tenant insofar as said services apply to Resident’s tenancy described herein.
    2. Certain information may be provided to credit agencies, courts, and/or collection bureaus in order to enforce the Lease Agreement including, but not limited to, collection of delinquent rent.
    3. Certain information may be provided to current and/or potential creditors that hold a lien or seek to hold a lien on the leased premises as required by a mortgage or other loan document.
    4. Certain information may be provided to third parties seeking to serve as a managing agent, purchase the property, or acquire all or part of the entity in which the property is held.
    5. Certain information may be required to be provided in response to a court order, subpoena, or government investigation. Certain information to law enforcement agencies when we believe providing such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and well being of others or ourselves from what we in good faith believe are unlawful.
    6. Certain information may be provided to our insurance carrier and/or any other party that may subrogate to our rights as part of an insuance claim we may file.
